Russians ‘used chemical weapons’ against Ukrainian forces, claims Deep State

In a statement on Telegram on November 15, the volunteer-led group Deep State alleged that Russian invasion forces had deployed chemical weapons against Ukrainian troops on two front lines.
The Deep State communication states, "Two cases of the use of chemical weapons have been recorded in the Svatovo and Bakhmut sectors."
According to Deep State specialists, the Russian occupants most certainly used chloropicrin, a drug they have a lot of and have used against the Ukrainian defense on multiple occasions.
Chloropicrin is a liquid with a sharp, irritating odor, and in high concentrations, it is poisonous and harmful to the human body. It was utilized as a poison gas in World War I and belongs to hazard class II.

Analysts said that Avdiivka remains the most intense hotspot, but the Russians are conducting offensive operations on many other sectors, which creates significant problems in managing reserves.
They observed that the enemy is not sparing its reserves, and is sending units into battle before they are adequately trained. For instance, the Russian 104th Airborne Assault Regiment, slated for training until Dec. 1, is either already in Kherson Oblast or en route.
On Aug. 6, Commander of the Tavria front Oleksandr Tarnavskyi said that Russian occupiers used chemical weapons in the Zaporizhzhya sector of the front.
In June, the German publication Bild reported that Germany was training Ukrainian military personnel in protection against nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare agents.
